Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SINGAPORE)

  1. The Industry Research Survey Campaign (“Campaign”) is available from 23 August 2021 to the earlier of (a) 27 September 2021 or (b) such time when the first 250 surveys have been completed (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”) and is organized by Western Union Business Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd (Licence No. PS20200438) & WUBS Financial Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd (Licence No. CMS100116) (collectively referred to as “WUBS”). By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Participation

  1. To participate in the Campaign, you must (a) receive an Industry Research Survey Invitation EDM from WUBS and (b) be a primary contact of an existing client of WUBS. Each such person who is eligible to participate in the Campaign will hereinafter be referred to as a “Participant”.
  2. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant consents to the collection, use/or disclosure of his/her personal data for purposes which are reasonably necessary for the Campaign.

Incentive

  1. Each eligible Participant will be entitled to one (1) SG$10.00 Grab Food digital voucher (“Incentive”).
  2. The Incentive will be allocated to the eligible Participant on a first come first served basis. WUBS reserves the discretion to change the Incentive allocation mechanics without giving prior notice or reason to the Participant.
  3. The Incentive is not exchangeable for cash or any other items. The Campaign Period will continue only up until limited number of Incentives have been taken up by eligible Participants. WUBS reserves the right to change the quantity, the type and the value of the Incentive depending on the response and demand.

Campaign Mechanics

  1. To be eligible for the Incentive, a Participant must, during the Campaign Period, answer and complete all the questions in the research survey.
  2. Each of the first 250 Participants who successfully complete the research survey will be sent an electronic direct mailer (“EDM”) regarding the Incentive by WUBS (such EDM to be referred to as “Survey Incentive EDM”). The Survey Incentive EDM will be sent to the Participant at his/her email address registered in WUBS system four (4) weeks after the Campaign ends.
  3. For the purposes of this Campaign, each Participant is eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) Survey Incentive EDM. This is notwithstanding the number of times a Participant completes the research survey.
  4. WUBS reserves the rights to determine at our sole and absolute discretion the following:
     a. Whether a Participant is eligible for the Incentive
     b. Whether a Participant has met all the terms and conditions of the Campaign; and
