Referral Programme - Terms and Conditions



Article 1: Organizer runs a referral programme for their customers

Western Union Business Solutions is an operating division of The Western Union Company. Services in Malta are provided by Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited, a limited company registered in Malta (Company Number C22339) with its registered office at Il-Piazzetta, Tower Road, Sliema, SLM 1605, Malta and which is licensed and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority to undertake the business of financial services in terms of the Financial Institutions Act) ("WUBS").

Article 2: Conditions for participation

The recommendation scheme is open to all active Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited customers wishing to participate - hereinafter referred to as the Existing Customer. Participation implies full acceptance of the present terms and conditions for the Referral programme, as well as of the laws, regulations and other legal texts which are applicable in Malta.

Article 3: Validity dates

This Referral programme is open from October 15, 2014 until revocation by the Organizer.

Article 4: Recommendation arrangements

In the Referral programme, customers of Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited are invited to recommend one or more companies to use the international payment services of Western Union Business Solutions. An Existing Customer is understood to be "any customer of Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited who provides a new customer's contact details". The information provided by the Existing Customer about the Recommended Customer must be sent to Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited by completing and validating the referral form available on www.win-wubs.com/mt. Once the information is received, a representative of Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited will contact the Referred Customer to introduce the offer of services.

The Existing Customer will be able to receive the reward only if the conditions below have been fulfilled:

Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited reserves the right to modify, extend or revoke this programme at any time without advance notice or notification.

Article 5: Rewards

In return for a Referred Customer's application, a donation on behalf of Existing customer will be made by Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited, to local charity. The Existing Customer will be informed by email when a Referred Customer's trading line is activated.

If several persons refer the same company and as a result this company opens an account with Western Union Business Solutions (Malta) Limited the person making the first recommendation will be entitled to the reward. The reward may neither be sold nor given as a gift to a third party.
