The Western Union Company (“Western Union”) and all of its affiliates, including those offering services as Western Union Business Solutions, are committed to complying with economic and trade sanctions programmes in force in the countries, territories and jurisdictions in which it operates.
Western Union is headquartered in the United States and is organised under U.S. law. As a matter of company policy, Western Union and its domestic and foreign subsidiaries comply with U.S. Sanctions laws, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”).
In addition, Western Union complies with other government sanctions rules and regulations as applicable to its transactions and activities in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
