Highlights include:

USD:  Year-to-date, the dollar index has strengthened about 4.3%.
CAD:  The BOC’s next policy announcement will be its final one of the year on 8th December.
GBP:  The threat of fresh economic restrictions to curb rising COVID-19 cases this winter also looms and could damage consumer confidence and discourage social consumption.
EUR:  If the ECB stays out of the tightening race, the euro may continue to suffer from widening monetary divergences compared to countries where interest rates are hiked or soon will be.
JPY:  Any contagion effects from a potential wave of bankruptcy across the Chinese property sector, or a sharp rise of credit rates in reaction to Fed tapering, could trigger a market sell-off.
