What do I need to open an account on GlobalPay Lite?
If you are a Sole Trader, a Partnership or a Limited Company registered in the United Kingdom, you can apply for a GlobalPay Lite account for FREE. Sign-up today.

How do I use GlobalPay Lite?
As long as you have an internet connection and a browser you’ll be able to use GlobalPay Lite. Once you are set up you can log into your account by clicking on the following link:

How long does the payment process take?
As soon as Western Union Business Solutions receives your payment, the funds are sent to your beneficiary’s bank account. This normally takes between 1 and 2 business days from the day Western Union Business Solutions receives your payment.

How much does it cost to open an account on GlobalPay Lite?
There is no cost in opening a GlobalPay Lite account. It’s FREE!


Orders

How and when do I pay Western Union Business Solutions for my order?
Once you submit your order on GlobalPay Lite, you will be provided with details over email on how to pay Western Union Business Solutions. The details include both a confirmation of your order and the order details, as well as the bank account details of Western Union Business Solutions where you will need to transfer the money to pay for your order.

IMPORTANT:
Do not pay Western Union Business Solutions before the order is committed and you have received your order confirmation email.
Please tell your bank to include your order reference number when they send us your payment. This will help us get the funds sent to your beneficiary as quickly as possible.
If you wire your funds to us, or make a bank transfer, Western Union Business Solutions will normally receive the funds in 1-2 business days.
If you have set up Direct Debit, you do not need to initiate a payment to Western Union Business Solutions. The funds will be automatically withdrawn from your account.

How long does it take for my beneficiary to receive the funds?
Once Western Union Business Solutions receives your funds, we will then send your payment to your beneficiary’s bank account. This normally takes between 1 and 2 business days from the day Western Union Business Solutions received your payment.

Timing may vary depending on the time of day that Western Union Business Solutions receives your payment, the currency being sent, and the country it is being sent to.


Payments

Can I pay for my order by Direct Debit?
Yes. Simply fill out the Direct Debit form and return it by email to admin.customerservice@westernunion.com

IMPORTANT:
Payment for your first transaction with Western Union Business Solutions must be made to us by wire or bank transfer. This is to protect you as part of our anti-fraud protection policy. After that we are happy to set up the Direct Debit on your account.

Can I pay for my order by credit card?
No. Unfortunately, we do not accept payments through credit cards but we are working on it.
You can pay for your order either through your bank, by sending a wire transfer, or by setting up Direct Debit to your bank account.
