NZ Dollar Up Late On Equity Markets, Aussie Dollar Move

Wall Street Journal: Both the Australian dollar and its New Zealand neighbour traded higher Wednesday, boosted by equity markets and the euro. David Greene,  Senior Corporate FX Dealer at Western Union Business Solutions in Sydney, comments for the Wall Street Journal.

Wall Street Journal:

WELLINGTON (Dow Jones)--The New Zealand dollar was trading higher late Wednesday, helped by strength in equity markets and moves in both the Australian dollar and the euro.

The Australian dollar moved higher late in New Zealand trading partly on an improvement in equity markets and confidence ahead of Thursday's key Australia jobs report, said David Greene, senior corporate FX dealer at Western Union.
