Advance Your NGO's Mission

Send money where it's needed, when it's needed

More than 2 billion people have no access to basic banking services*. This limits individual and community development. And, it limits access to help in times of crisis.

We've partnered with the Clinton Global Initiative to address a serious challenge for NGOs: getting money where it's needed most, when it's needed most. Since 2013 NGOs have sent $2.3 billion USD using our custom-tailored NGO services.

Our story

In 2012 Western Union made a commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative to help NGOs easily send funds where they are most needed, including the world's most challenging and remote regions. We created a specialized offering to give these organizations access to the world's largest financial network. Since 2013, we've helped NGOs of all sizes distribute more than $2.3 billion dollars in aid. These organizations include Oxfam, Amnesty International, Aid Still Required and International Medical Corps.
